NOLIM may accept, decline, or request further information about any enquiry. Requests are subject to legality, feasibility, availability, budget, risk, standards, and capacity.
Outcome dependencies
Access, availability, supplier response, travel conditions, third-party pricing, and timing may change, even after a request has been reviewed.
Costs and approvals
Where supplier costs, retainers, booking fees, deposits, or working budgets are required, NOLIM will seek approval before committing expenses unless a separate written arrangement is agreed.
Third-party services
Some requests require third-party suppliers, venues, travel providers, advisors, or specialists. Their terms, policies, pricing, cancellation rules, and availability may apply.
Client responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful instructions, timely approvals, and an appropriate working budget for the requested work.
Standards
NOLIM may decline requests that are illegal, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, outside an appropriate scope, or outside its standards.
