What we receive
Only what you choose to send us: your name, your contact details and what you write about your request. The request form on this website sends your request, with your name, contact details and message, to the NOLIM platform, and a security check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) runs before it is sent. You may also write to us directly by email or WhatsApp.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to consider your request and, if you become a client, to deliver the service and keep your preferences on file.
Who sees it
Only those who need to know. When a request requires a supplier or a professional, we share only what that task requires.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not add you to any mailing list.
How long we keep it
For no longer than the purpose for which it was given requires, and for any period that applicable rules may require.
This website
This website stores your choice of language in your browser. It uses no advertising cookies. Cloudflare delivers the site, runs the security check on the contact form and measures visits in aggregate, without cookies. The typefaces are served from this website itself, so no font provider receives your IP address.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us by writing to concierge@nolimconcierge.com.
