About this website
This website presents NOLIM Concierge and its services. It is provided for information only and does not constitute an offer or a contract.
Scope of the service
NOLIM Concierge provides private concierge and coordination services. The scope, timing, approvals and any working budget of each request are agreed with the client before work begins. Nothing is binding on NOLIM until it has been confirmed in writing.
Lawful and safe requests; right to decline
NOLIM acts only on requests that are lawful and safe. NOLIM may decline any request, at its discretion, including any request it considers unlawful, unsafe or unwise, and will inform the client as early as reasonably possible.
Membership
Membership is by application. NOLIM may accept or decline any application at its discretion. The level, availability and conditions of each membership are agreed individually with the client.
Regulated services
Medical, legal, tax, financial, immigration and protection services are provided by qualified independent professionals, under their own responsibility and terms. NOLIM coordinates and introduces such professionals and does not itself provide medical, legal, tax, financial or immigration advice.
Access and third parties
Access to venues, events, services and people depends on third parties and is not guaranteed. Services provided by suppliers, operators and professionals are subject to their own terms. NOLIM is not a party to those terms unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Costs, fees and commissions
Costs and fees for each request or membership are agreed with the client before work proceeds. The treatment of any fees, commissions or other remuneration is set out in the client's individual agreement.
Confidentiality
Requests are treated confidentially. Information is shared with suppliers and professionals only to the extent needed to carry out a request. Confidentiality agreements are available on request.
Content
The texts, the NOLIM name and the open ring mark belong to NOLIM Concierge and may not be reused without permission.
